Cold wave is a weather
phenomenon that is distinguished by a cooling of the air while wind chill
factor is the lowering of body temperature due to the passing flow of lower
temperature air.
Both cold wave and wind
chill factor are characterized by varying temperature levels which it is
lowered where air is involved.
