y = 5/4x - 10
5x - 4y = 40

Let's rewrite the second equation to y = mx + b form

5x - 4y = 40
subtract 5x from both sides
-4y = -5x + 40
divide both sides by - 4
y = 5/4x - 10

What can you conclude about the equations?
Well, it's the same thing just written in slope-intercept form and standard form.

Hope this helps
