Chancellor is the English translation for "Kanzler" (male) or "Kanzlerin". Both Austria and Germany have a Kanzler(in) right now- this is the head of the government.
Also, in different positions (not the head of the government) there are chancellors in Switzerland, Finland and Sweden.
