C. technology.

A camera is sold and used by millions of people, which makes it impossible to be an experiment(experiments aren't always safe)
A camera can't be a robot because robots are like technology but more programmable and controllable by the computer.
A camera can't be a scientific method because just like an experiment, they're not garanteed.
