When you are operating a boat 28 feet long on federal waters, you must have an oil placard and garbage disposal placard on display.
Oil placard must be at-least 5 x 8 inches in size, and garbage disposal placard or save our seas placard must be at-least 4 x 9 inches in size. These cards must displayed in a prominent location.
