Uhh well you can find the percentage of change by taking the new part and dividing it by the old one, so it'll be bigger divided by smaller
And if you notice, the reciprocal (the answer) is greater than one
that's because the 1 is 100% and the decimal is how much it grew by
If it's less than 1 then it's decreasing
