C = (1/3)π r² h

270π = (1/3)π r² (10)

81=r²

r=9 cm

S = (4/3)π r³ = (4/3)π 9³ = 972 π

Total volume = S + C = (972+270)π = 1242π

Answer: 1242 π cubic cm
