A quarter of something is just another word for a fourth of something (1/4th).
We can solve this using two different ways.
Solution #1:
1/4 = 0.25
200 * 0.25 = 50 (quarter of 200)
Solution #2:
200 / 4 = 50 (quarter of 200)
