Weight is measured in Newtons and is dependent on gravitational force (weight = mg where m is mass and g is gravitational force). Mass is simply the amount of matter something contains.
No matter where you go, you'll always have the same mass. But if you go to the moon where there is less gravitational force, you WEIGH less.
