How to determine whether a function is even odd or neither graphically?

if the function has axis like
[tex] {x}^{2} [/tex]
then it's even
and if a function got axis in
[tex] \binom{0}{0} [/tex]
it's odd like
[tex] {x}^{3} [/tex]
